A Little bit about Rachelle
I am a native of PG County, MD. I am 27 years old and have a Bachelors in Exercise Science. I am currently pursuing my Master’s degree. I work as a Supervisor in the Customer Experience department for Total Wine & More. I am responsible for process creation, process improvements, and employee development.
What makes you proud to be you?
I am caring, driven and strong minded. I am able to advocate for equality in the workplace especially for women. I am also currently in the process of planning my department’s first ever Town Hall covering the recent deaths of Black people, Diversity, Equality and Inclusion.
If money was not an option, what would you be doing everyday?
Traveling. It’s my guilty pleasure. I would travel monthly if I had the opportunity.
What are you most passionate about?
Helping others. I’ve dedicated my life to providing support to those I am closest too, my community and my employees.
